Reiki is a therapy that is complementary to, both, conventional and holistic approaches and a great addition to any wellness program. These days, most of our beloved animals have come from shelters or pet stores addition. Unfortunately, such places can create stressful settings that can lead to fear, depression and aggression on the animals, which in turn can create psychological problems, in the long run. Reiki creates a peaceful space so that animals can release their stress, help build trust with humans, and help them get balanced. Animal have similar chakras to human beings, so it is a wonderful holistic modality to add to their daily lives.
